Job Description:
Krishna Securicrop LLP is hiring for hdfc Bank Security Guard
* Attendant will be present at the ATM always and remain alert and attentive.
* Attendant will ensure the site is neat and clean, electrical fittings and signage are working and switched off when not required.
* Arrange properly publicity materials, banners and posters, which are supplied by the Bank for display, i.e, replenishing leaflets and brochures at regular interval.
* Assist customers in case of doubt of operation of the machine.
* Ensure that the racks are filled with brochures/pamphlets and keep the leaflets in an organized manner.
* Direct the customer to the nearest ATM site in case of failure of the ATM.
* Report non-functioning of ATM to Bank/Local Supervisor immediately.
* Check all electrical points are in working condition. If it is not, log the call with the appropriate agency or intimate the concerned branch of the Bank.
* Provide access to ATM site to the personnel of authorized service agency only and maintain a log register.
* Check and ensure suitable temperature of AC Cooling.
* Call Police Station, Fire Services, Branch Head etc in case of emergency.
* Maintain discreet internal surveillance of ATM.
