To provide detailed analytical reports, discuss on current projects with client and senior management and demonstrate tangible improvements to line for the business thorugh various analytical tools
- To provide detailed analytics such as end to end customer insights, data segmentation, customer CSAT, trend analysis, regression and correlation
- To design DB queries, ETL activities, formatting, integration and population through any analytics tools
- To work on Adhoc activities or regular reports or dashboard automation, data quality check
- Query handling and response on analytical reporting
- Regular call with client – work stack management
- Take requirements from client to handle change management – Client SLA management
- Team management – Documentation – data mart, meta data and flow charts
