Responsibilities :
Perform activities related to creating enhanced documentation for CMMi and customer requirements.
Provides customer support through the presentation of data, information, ticket resolution, and routine support activities such as monitoring customer requirements. Provide support for enhancements (major and minor) or new developments based on business requirements provided by the
project customer and HCL’s functional and technical teams.
