As the Manager, you will be responsible for a team of Technical Account Managers (TAMs) that ensure customers get the most value from their Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace investments. TAMs lead Premium Support experience in an account and focus on operational excellence, platform health, cost optimization etc.
You will develop strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally that will help you to deliver on the business requirements and goals of business executives and IT stakeholders at customers.
- Lead and maintain team’s position as key strategic advisor to business executives and IT stakeholders at Google Cloud’s largest Google Cloud Platform and Workspace accounts, ensure their business priorities are met using Google Cloud solutions.
- Work with customer technical leads, client executives, and partners to manage and deliver successful migrations to Google Cloud solutions.
- Set the standard for successful delivery and execution on customer engagement, lead by doing when it comes to making customers in your region successful.
- Able to take on direct customer engagement for premium support.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in customer-facing services with focus in infrastructure or data systems.

Experience in one or more following areas: data center infrastructure, operating systems, networking, security, system administration, or service management.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time as required.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Graduate degree in a Management, Engineering, or technical field.
- Experience in cloud operations, technical support or operations (e.g., capacity planning, product release management, etc.).

Experience in application/workload migration to Cloud architecture.
- Ability to adapt to the technical level of an audience, and comfortably present technical materials to groups of any background.
- Ability to successfully navigate and influence within a complex business environment.
