Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing strategic projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related degree.
- 7 years of experience in software engineering and systems design.
- 3 years of experience in people management.
- Experience in developing backend, infrastructure-oriented systems.
- Strong cross-functional team collaboration skills and ability to coordinate work between a diverse set of partners.
