Responsibilities :
Data Collection and Analysis:
Collect, compile, and maintain recruitment-related data from a variety of sources.
Analyze hiring metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.
Create reports and dashboards to gain insight into hiring performance.
Database Management: Maintain and update the
candidate database to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Perform data quality checks to eliminate inconsistencies and errors.
Create and manage a repository of resumes and candidate profiles.
Process Improvement:
Work with the recruiting team to understand their data needs and challenges.
Recommend process improvement and automation opportunities based on data analysis.
Implement and monitor these improvements to improve efficiency.
Reporting:
Create and distribute regular and ad hoc reports on recruitment KPIs.
Create visualizations and presentations to effectively communicate your results.
Deliver actionable insights to support data-driven decision making.
Compliance and Audit: Ensure that
recruitment data complies with data protection regulations and internal guidelines.
Assist internal and external audits by providing accurate and up-to-date information. How to use
Technology: Stay up to date with
Human Resources and Recruitment Software tools and technology.
Collaborate with IT team to implement or improve recruitment systems.
Training and Support:

Education Requirement :
- Any degree
Demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in human resources or recruitment.
Knowledge of data management tools and software such as Excel, HRIS, and CRM systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and completeness.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
