Responsibilities
Plan and execute the company’s investor relations strategy
. Serves as a point of contact for the investment community (investors, analysts, securities representatives, etc.), maintains a database of interactions, and communicates sentiments and feedback to management.
. Coordinate and participate in investor conferences, non-trade roadshows, analyst/investor days and his 1:1 meetings.
Develop communications with investors, including corporate presentations, financial reports, etc.
Track and analyze a company’s shareholder base and investment trends. , competitors, and other competitors inform your investor targeting strategy and monitor the impact of your strategy over time.
Additional projects and responsibilities may be added at the discretion of the manager.
Work with communications and legal advisors to ensure regulatory compliance and IPO preparation.
