About the role:

The role will encompass end to end management right from – identifying key sellers,
planning the onboarding, go to market and growth initiatives for the seller network.
Seller/Partner Onboarding:

• Generating Leads and Meeting new leads provided by online teams
• Evaluations and Onboarding of new seller on the platform and to grow the overall seller base
• Training new sellers on the systems and processes
• Building and Deploying new strategies to increase seller reach in their region

Seller Management:

• Working closely with the regional Seller/Partner base to build and grow their business on platform.
• Working with sellers and Marketing team to drive on ground activities
• Develop and deploy incentives/commissions for sellers
• Resolving seller and customer issues

Planning:

• Sales planning and Forecasting on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Making growth plans at seller level and define the roadmap to achieve the same

Team Management:

• Build, lead and manage the Sales team
• Mentor, motivate and guide team members ensuring sales
