Data Architect – Senior
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Azure data storage solutions, including data lakes and databases.
Design and implement Azure data integration solutions using tools like Azure Data Factory, Azure Event Hubs, and Azure Logic Apps.
Develop data analysis solutions using Azure Analytics tools like Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure HDInsight, and Azure Databricks.
Ensure data quality and integrity through the implementation of data validation rules, data cleansing, and data enrichment processes.
Create and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide guidance and support to other team members on Azure data management best practices and techniques.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Azure data management and development.
Strong experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Event Hubs, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Analytics tools.
Solid understanding of data storage concepts and technologies, including relational databases, NoSQL databases, and data lakes.
Experience with data modeling and data analysis techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with data governance and compliance regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Azure SQL Database and Azure Cosmos DB.
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, such as Power BI.
Certification in Azure Data Engineering or related field.
