BS/MS Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related quantitative field
More than 5 years experience in a marketing analytics discipline
More than 3 years experience using Tableau to develop and optimize reports and dashbords
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and Python
Technical expertise with data exploration techniques
Ability to quickly understand multiple novel data sources and develop methodology for joining data that will add value
Understanding of relational databases and familiarity with data processing
Well developed communication, relationship management, and project management skills
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
Innovative, fast learner with the ability to take initiative
Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
Able to work in a fast paced, continually evolving environment
History with Financial Service, Healthcare, and/or Risk verticals, particularly the Group Insurance sector
Experience applying advanced analytic techniques to customer segmentation
Experience in or knowledge of developing or working with Media Mix Models
Familiarity with the AWS environment
