Position: Collection Officer

Experience: 1 to 6 years Location: Patna, Bihar

Key Responsibilities:

As a Collection Officer, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Customer Follow-up: Contacting customers for repayment and negotiating payment terms.
2. Customer Communication: Convince customers to make repayments and set up suitable Payment Plans (PTPs).
3. Record Keeping: Update repayment statuses and interactions with customers in the software.
4. Receipts and Deposits: Issue receipts to customers and handle cash deposits with the Cashier.
5. Default Consequences: Communicate the consequences of non-payment to customers.
6. Recovery Initiatives: Locate absconded defaulting customers and initiate recovery processes.
7. Legal Action: Initiate legal actions for non-repayment based on available documents.
8. Collection Target: Manage collection processes to meet monthly collection targets.
9. NPA Collections: Willingness to work on NPA (Non-Performing Asset) cases.
10. Team Collaboration: Support the distribution team in First Time Overdue (FTOD) collections and work on preventive collection measures.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Must hold a DRA Certificate.
• Possess a valid driving license and own a vehicle.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections.
• Willingness to work on NPA cases.
