Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Customer Service Executive, you will handle a blended process that involves customer interactions through various channels.
  • You should possess strong verbal and written English communication skills, enabling you to effectively address customer queries.
  • Experience in the BPO industry is preferred, and the position is open exclusively to candidates from non-metro cities.
  • You will work on a 24*7 rotational shift schedule, with 6 days of work per week and one rotational week off.
  • The age criteria for applicants is up to 40 years, and both graduates and undergraduates are encouraged to apply.
  • The salary for this position can go up to INR 2,40,000 per annum.
  • Immediate joining is required, and you should have your own system with a minimum of 10 MBPS WiFi speed for remote work.
