Responsibilities
Provides information about system functionality issues that have been escalated through the problem ticket process. Provide diagnostic information and identify alternatives.
Coordinates and executes installation, relocation, addition and modification (ICMS) activities based on complex activities involving integrated equipment and systems.
Provide expert technical advice and input in the development and creation of new service offerings or technologies, such as: B. Collaborate with the Desktop Engineering team to develop the Standard Operating Environment (SOE) and other related activities for the account to ensure that the customer’s security needs are met in a cost-effective and timely manner.
Provide customers with guidance and training on systems and products to eliminate recurring errors and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
Constantly monitors technical, procedural, and/or other advances, particularly in the service area, to ensure team performance and achieve team goals.
Provides data for daily metrics reports. Provides system software and hardware documentation and evaluates system .
Education Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred
