Executive – Operations Responsibilities
• Maintain good working relationships, coordination, discussion, and communication
• Independent Operations Management, Project Manager
• Support achievement of goals
• Participate in problem-solving and troubleshooting processes with Operations Manager. Vendors (Logistics Service Providers)
• Ensure that all service providers meet customer requirements and follow SOP MIS and billing entries.
• Verify that you are providing the correct input to her FBAP team for billing. Ensures operational issues are registered and resolved or escalated to the next level in a timely and most efficient manner.
• Ensure production is not impacted by operational issues.
