Join us as a Security Risk Senior Analyst on our Governance, Risk and Compliance team in Bangalore as part of Dell’s Security and Resiliency Organization.

What you’ll achieve

We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated risk professional to support the development and execution of a best-in-class Security Risk Management Center of Excellence (CoE). The CoE will serve internal Stakeholders as risk experts. The role is critical to assist in program execution, maturation and will be expected to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.  Additionally, this position will work with Stakeholders to support risk assessment execution, conduct control testing, High Value Asset validation, support gap and issue workstreams, and produce metrics.   Critical skills required include the ability to interface with others, attention to detail, ability to compare disparate sources of information to identify potential gaps.

You will:

• Support execution, management & governance of Stakeholder risk assessments including connection to downstream processes, inventories, registers, or repositories
• Maintain the risk register, produce reporting and identify top risk trends
• Provide support for new risks identified by stakeholders in a consultative manner, helping identify inputs and evaluating the risk in accordance with the security risk methodology
• Validate assets within the High Value Asset inventory meet criteria, initiate changes when needed

Essential Requirements

• 2 years of experience in Risk Management, Audit and / or Compliance.
• Previous experience working in data analysis.  Ability to create data flows and define technology requirements
• Thorough and professional documentation skills with superior attention to detail
• Proactive approach to work, flexibility, adaptability, and ability to operate successfully in a program that is not yet well defined

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in security strongly preferred
• Familiarity with and interest in risk quantification methods such as FAIR
