Responsibilities :
Follow established standard processes to ensure accurate, smooth, and prompt customer billing.
Assist customers by listening to them, resolving complaints, and recording valuable feedback/suggestions.
Training new cashiers in the cashier process.
Schedule and delegate the desk at the beginning of her day/shift through briefings to achieve maximum efficiency.
To ensure a smooth delivery process and safety of proceeds.
Assist the cashier and provide necessary support when needed.
Implement effective monitoring to avoid untoward incidents at cash registers.
To ensure the cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of the checkout area.
Maintain all equipment in checkout area in good condition.
Ensure that necessary stationery is always available in sufficient quantities at the cash register.
Update registers and files in a timely manner
Education Requirement :
Bachelor’s Degree
Skills Requirement
Knowledge of handling cash transactions, managing a cash register, accurately counting money, and accurately disbursing change.
Strong mathematical skills to perform cash transaction calculations quickly and accurately.
We pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy and minimize errors in cash counting and handling.
Exceptional customer service skills to provide customers with a positive and enjoyable experience during transactions.
Effective verbal communication to interact with customers and colleagues and respond to inquiries and concerns.
