To plan the shifts / Breaks – schedule for the Cashiers and Packers
To ensure that enough change / utilities are always available at the Cash area
Ensure that every cash counter has a Packer for assistance
To ensure SRT register is updated on an ongoing basis, to be done when another Cash Officer is available to monitor the cash counter area
Sort out the issues if any at the SRT counters
To ensure that the Cash counter area has a Supervisor at all times
