Be an important part of a dynamic & rapidly evolving sector – Retail
– Lead the Digital strategy & thinking for entire DMart (the brick & mortar business)
– Design & execute the Digital campaigns and all other online initiatives
– Work closely with Digital agencies on campaign ideation, creative strategy, segmentation, budgeting across Digital platforms
– Planning & managing our Social media platforms
– Analyse & report each Digital campaign’s performance with inputs for improving efficiencies & plan deliveries
– Be the interface between DMart’s offline & online businesses for Digital initiatives & handhold whenever required
– Analyze Digital trends, be abrest with the evolving tech & track competitive activity across Digital platforms
Skills & Experience
– Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or relevant field
– A minimum of 4years of experience in a Digital marketing role
– Experience at Digital marketing agencies (like Schbang, WatConsult, FoxyMoron, Webchutney, Mirum India, Interactive Avenues, BC Webwise, etc.)
– In-depth knowledge & understanding of various digital platforms, best practices & analytics
– Up-to-date on the latest trends & technologies in digital marketing space
– Hign of creativity & good communication skills would be preferred
– Ability to work seamlessly in cross-functional teams, managing complexity and getting work done
