- Managing Onboarding Activities, Documentation, and Personnel Files
- Oversight of Monthly Attendance and Leave Records
- Coordination for Validation of 3rd Party Bills and Salary Disbursement
- Managing Statutory Compliance and Employee Benefits
- Coordinating Training Initiatives at the Store Level and Documenting the Process
- Handling Grievance Escalations
- Managing Payroll at the Store Level
