Job Description:
As a Phone Banking Officer, your role is pivotal in managing customer interactions. Proficiency in English and one of the regional languages (Hindi, Bengali, or Assamese) is essential. During the interview, you may be asked to demonstrate translation skills between English and your chosen regional language. We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates, with a minimum qualification of 12th grade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Proficiency in English and one regional language.
- Translation abilities for interviews.
- Work in rotational shifts within a 24/7 operation.
- Office-based work in Kolkata.
- Initial three months may not allow leave, except for emergencies.
Desired Candidate Profile:
To excel in this role, candidates should be double-dose vaccinated, possess politeness and patience, and have excellent communication skills in English and one of the regional languages. We’re also interested in candidates who can translate English to Assamese, Hindi, or Bengali. Candidates must be based in Kolkata or willing to relocate.
