General Description of the Job:
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, handling, and resolving customer queries and concerns while upholding the quality standards set by ICICI Lombard. Your day-to-day tasks will involve documenting and recording transactions, as well as following up with other functions. You’ll need to develop an understanding of multiple products and processes and engage with customers to promote our products or services using prepared scripts.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Comprehend and resolve customer concerns and requirements by gathering relevant information.
- Keep our systems updated with the latest customer information.
- Actively participate in organizational and process-level initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Handle irate customers with ease, utilizing telephone equipment and other technologies effectively.
- Strive to achieve targets and maintain high service standards.
- Consistently provide superior quality service, adhering to organization standards.
Education Requirements/ Skills:
- Any Graduate (Full Time or Part Time)
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in domestic/international BPO
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in computer usage and technical skills
