Responsibilities
Provides excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance in a courteous and professional manner, whether in person, by telephone, or through online channels.
Have an in-depth understanding of the electronics and devices sold by Croma, effectively answering customer questions and assisting with product selection.
Assist customers in placing orders, tracking orders, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products. Process customer returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in accordance with
Croma’s policies, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process for customers.
Provide technical support and advice, including troubleshooting and basic repair advice, to customers who have questions or problems with electronic equipment or devices.
