Responsibilities at Concentrix Recruitment 2023
- Lead the charge in continuous improvement efforts for Transaction Quality and Delivery.
- Possess Green Belt certification and utilize Six Sigma methodologies to enhance processes.
- Manage Call Quality and Client-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Evaluate the effectiveness of Transaction Quality interventions.
- Strengthen the Quality management processes and framework to elevate quality delivery.
- Skillfully capture SLA/SLO metrics, align reporting with client expectations, and establish/customize processes to ensure seamless delivery.
- Innovate and implement creative ideas and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain rigorous process control and compliance, overseeing audit requirements.
- Provide targeted and constructive feedback to Front Line Recruitment Teams regarding the quality of new hires.
- Offer quality floor support, feedback, and refresher training.
- Collaborate with Quality and Compliance teams, conducting audits and follow-ups based on observations.
- Conduct FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) and compliance audits, and perform health checks on accounts.
Requirements For Concentrix Recruitment 2023
- Graduation in Commerce or business degree
- 0 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities
