Roles and Responsibilities:-
Concentrix is a technology-enabled global business services company specializing in customer engagement and improving business performance.
As a Real Time Associate would get exposure to Call Center Managing process, tools & application along with visibility in the organization.
Monitor programs for Real Time Adherence, Schedule Adherence, Work Force Management Functions, provide Tier-1 helpdesk support for CIS.
Work on application such as CMS< IEX, IMDS WFM now etc.
Provide input to stakeholders and drive labor management.
Interact with Client Command Centre’s, Work Force Management Groups, Technology & Network Services Teams.
Handle CIS Internal Customers.
