Establish corporate relationship with renowned hospitals in Chennai for driving wellness initiatives.
Contacts academic and technical institutions and management representatives of other companies to obtain business intelligence which would maintain Bechtel’s competitiveness within the industry.
· Implements HR policies, procedures, and programs; evaluates progress and results of HR programs and recommends changes where necessary.
· Provides HR generalist support, advice, and counsel to line management on Human Resources programs, policies, and procedures.
· Develop and maintain collaborative relationship with key stakeholders – local management, Senior HR Business Management, and colleagues in People Operations
· Engage with Senior HR Functional specialists to resolve queries of employees, supervisors, and Managers.
· Manage and expedite resolution (collaborating closely with People Operations) of requests from employees, supervisors, and Managers.
· Support functions to ensure the projects are staffed (working closely with Talent Acquisition) as per requirements; interviews and refers technical candidates.
· Processing documents and onboarding of new employees and transfers to the project / office.
· Assists in employee engagement programs by engaging with projects & functions.
· Assists in facilitating virtual & classroom training programs for office / project employees.
· Consult with People Operations team to ensure all HR processes are complied with.
