Job Description:
A. Sales:
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer calling activities.
- Offer a structured bundle of products and services to customers within defined timelines.
- Focus on quality new customer acquisition for savings and current accounts.
- Engage with walk-ins, portfolio customers, referrals, and work on attrition control.
- Cross-sell products like Demat, Bill Pay, and Advisory.
- Monitor customer needs and cross-selling opportunities, ensuring quality relationships.
- Regularly contact customers to identify their financial needs and promote cross-selling.
- Monitor account movements and prevent customer attrition.
- Propagate the benefits of our services and products.
- Utilize sales resources for optimal support.
- Promote various credit card products and enhance their usage.
B. Managing Classic Portfolio:
- Manage a benchmark number of customers in the portfolio.
- Extend Classic benefits to eligible customers.
- Group customers and maintain the Customer to Group (CTG) ratio.
- Ensure income-generating product group holding (IPH) reaches optimal levels.
- Manage Band 1 and 2 customers and move them to Band 3 and above.
- Enhance values within each customer group.
- Utilize CRM for effective call planning and review.
C. Achievement of Income Plans and Other Benchmarks:
- Ensure income plans for the month and year are met.
- Achieve portfolio-level benchmarks and income product sales targets.
- Meet benchmarks for net banking, mobile banking, bill payments, and RDFD penetration.
- Ensure Customer Engagement Program (CEP) targets are met.
- Ensure all customers have valid mobile and email addresses.
D. Customer Service:
- Deliver quality customer service.
- Resolve complaints within stipulated time frames.
- Promote all direct banking channels.
- Responsibility for opening customer accounts within the TAT.
E. Operations:
- Ensure error-free documentation for account openings and customer instructions.
- Maintain Tatkal kits according to established processes.
- Manage standing instructions and asset leads.
- Adhere to KYC norms at all times.
- Follow 5-S norms for individual workstations.
- Open accounts under the smart account mode.
