Fresher : Gross Salary Rs.14000/- per month.
Experience : Max gross salary will be Rs.18000/- per month. (Min 1 yr exp in micro banking)
Job Description :
* Identification of prospective lead and creating group in newly assigned area.
* Conducting group meeting every day and generating awareness among the customers for Group Loan.
* Responsible for the admission of new customers to the existing group.
* Responsible to meet the business targets pertaining to group loans assigned to the Banking Unit.
* Responsible to ensure 100% instalment collection efficiency is in good standards.
* Assist the customer to fill the Loan application form, who are interested to avail Group Loan.
* Visits the customer business place, verifies the house address and conduct House hold income assessment.
* Updating and maintaining the Group Loan Registers on daily basis.
* Tracks the portfolio quality of Group loan and takes necessary actions to maintain a healthy portfolio.
* Responsible for field verification and KYC documentation of customer before disbursement of Loan.
* Conduct end use verification and maintain a healthy relationship with customers post-disbursement
