Amazon Robotics is looking for new colleagues to join our new Robotics Integration and Innovation team in Hyderabad, India who possess a blend of customer-facing and technical skills.
Job Responsibilities :
* Leverage Deployment guides, Launch Checklists and configuration processes, systems and tools to deploy Software.
* Follow Standard Operating Procedure to create Software Environments and deploy Software
* Own problems through resolution, engaging technical subject matter experts as needed
* Provide prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to our internal Amazon Partners
* Execute command-line and SQL scripts
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field and 5+ years’ experience delivering direct customer support or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field and and 3+ years’ experience delivering direct customer support
* Strong Technical problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously
