We are looking for a smart, results-oriented Associate – Content Editor to be a part of growing our business. Creator Success content manager will ensure a smoother purchase decision making process by creating visually appealing imagery, educating customers and improving engagement with the category using different channels. This role is based in Bangalore.

As a Associate – Content Editor you will ensure that customer experience and expectations are set and met to a high standard. The Content writer will be responsible for creating engaging content which is customer friendly, evergreen, topical and trendy. They would perform all levels of edit, with a strong emphasis on developmental editing. They will have to stage the content, including some light graphics work, and publish it. Create social media posts to promote the content. They would be responsible for curating the various category stores, editorial stores, brand stores, merchandizing stores, event stores to ensure that good quality & fresh selection is shown to the customer. They would be responsible for ensuring that there is freshness in our curation & presentation to the customer.

Daily work will involve:

• Work on creating monthly editorial brief around latest trends, themes, category events.
• Work as central POC for content deliverables (videos, livestreams, and shoppable images) for Amazon’s creator programs
• Work with external stakeholders – influencers and influencer agencies to manage monthly deliverables across Amazon LIVE, FoundItOnAmazon and Amazon influencer Program powered programs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualification:
2+ years of experience in e-commerce or influencer or digital marketing
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Experience of Business development, Account Management, or of Sales is preferred
Proven ability to work independently or in ambiguous circumstances
Good judgment and open communication
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Professional Writing, Technical Writing, or similar field is essential
