Job Description:
Amazon is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Testing Associates. As a Testing Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products and services. You will be responsible for conducting various tests, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with the development team to resolve issues.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough testing of Amazon’s products and services to ensure they meet quality standards.
Create and execute test cases, scenarios, and scripts.
Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to resolve issues and improve product performance.
Report test results and provide recommendations for product enhancements and improvements.
Stay updated with the latest testing tools and technologies to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate in test planning and test case reviews.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or a Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA)/Master of Science (MSc) in a relevant field.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
Familiarity with test case management and defect tracking tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in software testing is preferred but not mandatory.
