Team Leader Operations is responsible for leading a team, facilitating the flow of information between multiple parties, and resolving potential issues that arise. Impacting customer experience and business continuity.
Candidates must understand the basics of the logistics field and be able to communicate clearly both in writing and orally. Must be able to suggest process improvements and drive them to completion.

Education Requirement :
– Bachelor’s degree
– Speak, write, and read fluently in English
– Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
