As Manager – ACES & Compliance, you will be the link between station management, TRC (transportation Risk compliance) and the ACES team. As a member of the ACES team itself, you will contribute to the optimization of the delivery stations operations, providing station with sufficient knowledge and appropriate tools to improve performance. Moreover, you will also be responsible to build DSP (Deliver Service Provider / 3PL) structure to enable & support AMXL business growth and ensure effective auditing and compliance mechanisms are in place, to ensure that legal and contractual requirements are consistently meet.
Responsibilities :
(1) Collaborate with station management and multiple stakeholders to contribute to the implementation of process standards and upgrades within the distribution station
(2) Develop and continually pilot and maintain process improvements.
(3) Supporting Benchmarking Efforts Ensures station managers understand benchmark rates and are trained in technical configurations to drive accurate reporting and productivity improvements.
(4) IN AMXL Lead compliance roadmap initiatives (last mile) and support results-oriented action plans.
(5) Ensure that effective audit and compliance mechanisms are in place. Ensure legal and contractual requirements are met at all times.
(6) Work closely with TRC, Legal, Procurement, Operations, and other stakeholders to enable and support risk mitigation and compliance for IN AMXL’s last mile operations.
Education Requirement :
Bachelor’s Degree
Skills Requirement
– Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
– Experience in MS Access and SQL
– Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
