Closure of Open issues by follow up and collaboration
Execution of transition checklist for India and Africa
Signoff on the transition documents
Minutes of the meeting and follow up on open issues
Project management for India and Africa – Timely delivery of projects.

Deliverable :
Transition tracker compliance
Service Management KPI compliance
On time delivery of projects assigned.
Collaboration with CFTs.
Timely roll out of Minutes of the meeting and follow up on open issues
