• Ensure that the company’s reputation and values are always upheld by developing and delivering high standards of safety training in accordance with the Cabin Crew Training Manual, SEP Manual, and DGCA requirements.
• Creation of training materials and necessary modifications to such resources.
• Monitoring, managing, and improving the training systems and modules to make sure paperwork, Training files, and records are updated on a regular basis.
• Effective training delivery in accordance with the agenda and standards set.
• Evaluation of training feedback collected.

Eligibility:

• Required: DGCA approved SEP Instructor or Experienced cabin crew with minimum 10 years of continues flying.
• Education Qualification: 10+2 examination or an equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University, preferably Graduate.
• Minimum Age- 23 years

Desired:

• Certification in CRM, SMS
• Certification in T & D, Six sigma
• Experience in Instructional Design
