Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for health insurance customers for claims, process support
- Data management (endorsements) – additions/ deletions/ corrections to policy via internal tools
- Resolve complex queries raised at customer service handles
- Support account manager in executing a variety of objectives e.g. wellness, customer awareness , onboarding, claims reports etc.
- Owner for NPS/CSAT scores for respective accounts
- As the role evolves, build relationships with broker counterparts, key stakeholders in the account
The role requires –
- Good communication
- Empathy and patience in dealing with customer queries
- Problem solving mindset
- Context of health insurance is strongly preferred, but not must
