• • • The strategy team at Myntra leads the development of long-term strategy for the company and its business units. By leveraging fact-based analyses, consumer insights and market intelligence, the strategy team identifies strategic focus areas and influences strategic and operational decisions for the company. The team works directly with the CEO and senior business leaders. The team collaborates with leaders across functions to ensure seamless execution of recommended strategic initiatives.

      Roles & Responsibilities

      • As a senior member of the strategy team you will play a pivotal role in influencing strategic decisions for the company. You will be part of a carefully selected, high-performing, highly motivated team. You will get an opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills and inspire various internal stakeholders to realize Myntra’s longer-term vision/ goals. Specifically, you will be responsible to:
      • Partner with business unit heads and senior leaders to understand their strategic choices/ problem area
      • Conduct outside-in market and competitive analysis to develop key insights
      • Outline strategic choices and develop fact-backed solution themes/ recommendations
      • Develop high-quality materials and align with various cross-functional stakeholders
      • Convert strategies into action and drive the changes required
      • Support senior management presentations and board reviews
      • Evaluate new business initiatives and opportunities – develop a business model and identify ways to service the opportunities
      • Partner with external consultants, sellers, brands for deeper grasp of market trends
