Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Collections Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the billing, credit, and collections processes, ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and guidelines. Your responsibilities will include compiling, maintaining, and analyzing credit and collection reports, as well as reconciling data to provide accurate status reporting. Monitoring entries and control activities will be part of your daily tasks to maintain and manage information efficiently. Additionally, you will analyze, process, and maintain credit and collection records, comparing budget to actual and reporting deviations to stakeholders for further action. Your contribution will be vital in preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting, ensuring the availability of accurate information for various stakeholders.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you’ll need theoretical to advanced knowledge obtained through a university degree, combined with a minimum of 3 years of prior relevant experience. Practical knowledge of Carrier’s organization, programs, or systems is essential, with the ability to make enhancements and leverage this knowledge in your daily work. A university degree or equivalent qualification is a must.
