We are seeking an experienced professional to directly review and coordinate client invoicing, revenue recognition, and the submission of invoices to Business or Clients as applicable. Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Finance Specialist, your responsibilities will include new client code creation, contract and project code creation, setting up client details for invoicing, reporting invoicing status to the business, and owning the end-to-end invoicing cycle. You will be actively involved in PeopleSoft data entry, ensuring synergy between multiple finance and business teams while avoiding duplicity of work in document sanitization.
Requirements:
- Preferred B.Com degree holder
- Minimum 2 years of invoicing/billings experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize work within tight operational and financial deadlines
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential
- PeopleSoft knowledge and experience
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Good accounting knowledge, communication, and analytical skills
