Job Description:
We are inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Customer Service – Voice. In this role, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, responsible for providing top-notch support and resolving customer queries and concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries and concerns through voice communication.
- Support data collection efforts to enable account recovery for end users.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies to provide accurate assistance.
- Investigate and reproduce customer issues and report product bugs for resolution.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries effectively.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and analytical abilities in problem-solving.
- Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications we seek in you:
Minimum qualifications:
- Any Graduate.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role (chat, email, or voice).
- Strong probing skills and the ability to analyze and understand customer needs.
- Analytical skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekend shifts.
