Responsibilities

Treats emergency injuries
Documents all injuries and illnesses
Administers medications, changes wound dressings, and addresses other treatment options
Performs assigned tasks according to department protocols
Clinical conditions Perform a comprehensive nursing assessment of every patient, taking into account pain activities of daily living, skin allergies, integrity, valuables, safety needs, age, mental, social, and physical condition.
Evaluates vital signs and vital information, reports abnormalities to consultant and team, and executes orders as directed.
Accurately and thoroughly documents nursing assessments and patient issues using appropriate clinical terminology.
