Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day activities to drive and support compensation and benefits strategy and philosophy across all KGS units and business areas.
Monitor monthly payroll and ensure all inputs are processed correctly by the payroll provider.
Management of compensation systems and related operations.
Working with the Payroll and Compensation Analytics Dashboard. Including cost simulation.
Collaborates with other departments such as finance, payroll, and legal teams to ensure smooth administration of existing and new Total Rewards programs.
Extend support for all internal and external audits and manage processes to ensure there are no red flags.
Ensure compliance with existing and new regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Management
