Responsibilities :
Good general understanding of legal and contractual aspects.
Provide contract lifecycle support and facilitation.
Enables high-quality management of contract documents by populating specific types of contracts/agreements using tool-based templates with GCO monitoring and facilitates automated contract creation through signature and retain documents for record-keeping purposes.
Work closely with business teams to support processes throughout the contract lifecycle.
Collaborate with internal functions such as Independence, Office of General Counsel, and Risk Management Team
Education Requirement :
- A Law graduate with 1-3 years of experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts created using contract
Skills Requirement
A law graduate with 1-3 years of experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts created using contract management tools, and the contract management process from implementation to execution.
Interest in risk management or compliance
Project management experience
