Responsibilities :
Training Managers are the guardians of the development and performance of more than 1,000 employees across the country.
Build a training architecture (Operations Manager as trainer, creation of training content, creation of training processes and dashboards) to implement the competency building agenda.
Knowledge of training delivery, content development, and training management. This role requires a unique combination of retail operations and learning and development expertise.
Collaborate with Operations, Purchasing and Merchandising, Product, Visual Merchandising and Marketing to design, create and drive relevant performance improvement initiatives beyond basic skill building.
Identify, evaluate and collaborate with qualified vendors to support delivery of brand/channel learning challenges.
Possesses strong influence skills to drive operations teams and other functions, but does not have reporting relationships to any of the teams Driven by similar business objectives

Ability to oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring smooth functioning of stores, inventory management, and adherence to operational protocols.
Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with customers, address their concerns, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
