- MSS and MGW Hardware n Spare Management.
- Periodic Core Nodes System and External Backup.
- To support/Undertake various measures to address Customer Complaints.
- POI, BSC, and RNC Integration with Core Nodes.
- Day to Day Configurations in Core Nodes.
- Support in maintaining Network Performance KPIs as per Threshold.
- New Nodes Integration and Commissioning Support.
- Support for MOP integration and integration related activities.
- Handling Care Cases and Operational Emergencies
Education Requirement :
Bachelor’s Degree
Skills Requirement
Hands-on experience with Nokia and/or Ericsson CS Core nodes
Hands-on experience with Nokia UDR command line with in-depth knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G, and VOLTE call flows
Hands-on experience with Nokia VOLTE nodes
Knowledge PACO and/or the additional benefits of an IP domain.
