The Transportation Operations Data Management Assistant II utilizes your strong knowledge and general understanding to assist your team in managing the process of coordinating general data maintenance, system configuration, and automation of transportation functions. In this role, you will support the overall management system and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate activities related to process excellence, improvement opportunities, process management, and system implementation.
Responsibilities :
Provides thorough knowledge of processes and systems related to domain master data management to automate related functions.
Prepare and apply general risks and data accuracy to support appropriate process controls.
Collaborate with stakeholders to support implementation of stakeholder strategies related to transportation data.
Validate and perform general data reporting and analysis to support quality data management.
Leads process improvement initiatives and systems implementation and supports maintenance of departmental service metrics.
Under general supervision, handles administrative, administrative, technical, or customer support issues of moderate complexity and escalates more complex issues to appropriate personnel.
