As a Software Engineer at HCl, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that meet our clients’ business needs. You will work in a collaborative and dynamic environment, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to build high-quality software applications.

Job Requirements Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in the graphic design field, with 3+ years of applied Design background. Proven work experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role. Portfolio of related works (e.g. logos, icons, animations and graphics). And, the Portfolio should have at least 3 in-depth design projects and must include print and web/mobile designs. As part of central team, create brand guidelines by working with various product teams. Work with a component library and design UI Components. Able to work both, collaboratively and independently with excellent communication & presentation skills. Additional Skills (More the merrier!) Work on email templates, marketing items, presentation materials and interactive event materials. Experience on working on several marketing event and products will be great! Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS.
- Software Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to develop software applications that align with client requirements.
- Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design software solutions, considering scalability, performance, and security aspects.
- Coding: Develop software applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or others as per project requirements.
- Testing: Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of software.
- Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain existing software to address bugs, enhance functionality, and improve performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members, project managers, and clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure project success.
Education Requirement
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Skills and Requirements
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, etc.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with software development tools and version control systems.
- Familiarity with database systems and SQL.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Any relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Java Developer) is a plus.
