Management and administration of multiple flavours of Unix/Linux Operating System and Middleware (RedHat, CentOS, SUSE Linux & Solaris, AIX Unix)
Should be willing to work under pressure. Should be able to work/assist senior technical peer and subordinates. Should have minimum of 8+ years of experience in Unix Technical Support.

- Coordinate cross department communications when required to assist in resolution of Incidents
- Demonstrate a level of flexibility in resolving problems/issues that at least to in-depth command of all techniques, processes, tools and standards, within the relevant field of specialization.
Technical Competencies
As a UNIX SME the skills and qualifications will ideally include.
- Sound experience in minimum 2 Unix flavors. (Primary Skill set: RedHat, Secondary Skills set SUSE, AIX & Solaris) on its cluster management. (RedHat OS Cluster, VCS & SUSE OS Cluster)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is required.
- Depth knowledge in ITIL Process. (Incident, Change, Problem Management etc.)
Education Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience.
- One technical certification and ITIL certification would be a plus.
