About Vistara Company
The person must have a strong understanding of the airline business and how it relates to the overall planning process. A very good understanding of the crew management systems, use the system for “what-if” scenarios, works on optimization goals and refines the planning process details. Handle the system related problems, act as a mentor to planners and an expert on using the systems.

Education Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree

- Good level of proficiency in spoken and written English
- Good Team Player
- Strong IT skills including MS Office applications
- Strong analytical skills
- An experienced crew planner
- Preferably experience with the Crew Management System
- Good technical skills
- Excellent communication skills
