- Be able to build trust with your customers by being timely, reliable and communicative no problem is too hard for you.
- Liaise closely with the customer operations team to ensure the right cars are ready for inspection, and delivered on the right delivery vehicle and route, to the right person on file, with the right specifications
- Liaise closely with the customer operations team on administrative tasks and ensure all paperwork required at the point of handover is completed smoothly, with minimal hassle
- Help shape and support the development of customer processes in our new business – we’re writing the playbook as we go
- Customer satisfaction metrics will be your performance indicator
- Most importantly, be efficient and book appointments at one of our sites, for customers to test drive their car, or step them through the online buying process.
