They will work closely with various internal departments and external partners to ensure efficient and effective credit card operations.

Analyze operational data and generate reports to evaluate performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and present findings to senior management.
Provide training and guidance to team members on credit card processes, compliance requirements, and operational best practices.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive customer information.
Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as Certified Card Operations Professional (CCOP) are a plus.
Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in credit card operations, preferably in the US market.
Skills and Requirements
Strong knowledge of credit card industry regulations, compliance requirements, and payment processing systems.
Familiarity with credit risk management, and fraud prevention techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.
Proficient in using credit card management systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
